The men’s Access Hoody was designed to solve the puzzle of packable protection for the high alpine’s unpredictable weather. It features body-mapped, migration-resistant PrimaLoft Gold Insulation, which is light, hydrophobic, and highly mobile, making it perfect for backcountry pursuits. The shell and lining are made of Pertex Quantum 20D ripstop fabric, which is pliant and further coated with a DWR finish to shed light moisture and block the wind. Gusseted, immensely breathable underarms designed with Schoeller stretch-woven nylon feature a smaller concentration of insulation to help improve maneuverability. The Access Hoody also packs into its stretch-mesh interior chest pocket, complete with a carabiner clip, so its attachable to a pack or harness.
